We want you to love your artwork from The Painted Nation. If you have an issue with your order, please review our return guidelines below.

Product Delivery
Timelines vary per territory.
The Painted Nation is based in the UK; 3 to 5 business days for UK delivery; 7 to 10 days for International - variable depending local territory delivery services.

Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items.

Returned items must be in original packaging.
Custom or personalised artwork is non-returnable, unless damaged or faulty.

Return Process
Contact us at hello@thepaintednation.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

For international returns, customs fees or import charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for damaged or defective products only.
